BLUESTONE REAL ESTATE CAPITAL EXPANDS WITH SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Bluestone Real Estate Capital, a Philadelphia-based real estate investment banking firm, has announced the addition of Patti Henne, CCIM, as a senior associate with the firm. In this position, Ms. Henne originates and underwrites real estate for loan placement. In addition she assists in underwriting investor returns for equity placement.
“Patti brings with her an extensive financial background that is a true asset to the talented team at Bluestone,” said Matthew McManus, Chairman of Bluestone. “Her financial expertise helps us to continue producing sophisticated real estate deals.”
Prior to joining Bluestone, Ms. Henne served as assistant vice president and residential asset manager with Brandywine Construction & Management, Inc., where she was responsible for the underwriting and financial analysis of acquisitions, dispositions, and refinances for residential and commercial properties. She earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Real Estate from Penn State University and received her CCIM designation in May of 2007.
