KRISTOPHER WOOD, Senior Director
As
Managing Director of BlueStone Real Estate Capital, Kris Wood is
responsible for originating, servicing and funding commercial real
estate transactions through BlueStone’s network of lenders and
investors. In addition, he advises BlueStone clients on growth
strategies and turnaround financing. Since joining BlueStone in
2003, Mr. Wood has been responsible for closing over $400MM in
transactions and continues to add structure to assist in financing
complex deals. He has been involved in financing many high
profile deals in Philadelphia as well as other markets where BlueStone
represents some of the top developers, REIT’s and property owners.
Prior to BlueStone, Mr. Wood was a partner in retail apparel company Aussie Outfitters. He received a BBA from Temple University; an MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and has served eight years in the US Army.
