PATTI HENNE, Senior Associate

Ms. Henne joined BlueStone in 2008 as a senior associate of the firm. In this position, Ms. Henne originates and underwrites real estate for loan placement.  In addition she assists in underwriting investor returns for equity placement. 

Prior to joining Bluestone, Ms. Henne served as assistant vice president and residential asset manager with Brandywine Construction & Management, Inc., where she was responsible for the underwriting and financial analysis of acquisitions, dispositions, and refinances for residential and commercial properties.

She earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Real Estate from Penn State University and received her CCIM designation in May of 2007.
